What does a typical process look like when working with businesses?
Apex Doma has end-to-end systems in place; this starts from the first phone call with our administration team to site management, material delivery, installation, commissioning and then the final handover documentation.
For you, we can handle waste such as fluorescent tubes covered by WEE regulations; we ensure that RAMS documentation is completed for site safety and that you, as our customer, are updated throughout the installation journey. If you have questions or want our management team to lease with other contractors on-site, we can handle this process professionally on your behalf.

Solar panels for business are commonly more effective than domestic installation and typically cost less per KWH. Companies operate during daylight hours; therefore, they benefit the most from using the electricity as it is generated, which increases payback time and value.
Payback times now, with electricity prices being high, are taking far less than usual; once we have surveyed the premises, we will be able to give an estimate of the likely return on investment and payback times. Typically for every £1 invested over the lifetime of a system, the return will be around £4 in value, and the average payback is seven years (this estimation has several factors to consider and will be different for every installation).

South-facing roofs are optimal for maximum solar generation and will lead to the shortest payback periods. With modern technology like an optimiser which fits on a solar panel, it is possible to have a solar panel facing anywhere between south and east or south and west and still return high levels of solar power.
